Our Clients

Our clients include multi-national corporations (MNCs), Asian investment holding companies, government ministries & agencies, commercialising state-owned enterprises (SOEs), government linked companies (GLCs), small and medium enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and many Asia-grown companies/organisations across the Asia Pacific Region.

The industries that these companies represent include investment banking, finance, banking, insurance, mining, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, engineering and technology, infrastructure, logistics, food/agri-business, chemical, medical, military-related, professional services, government administration and services, higher education plus many others!

The leaders we work with are usually in Asia, but not exclusively, and come from everywhere in the world.

Multi-Nationals & NGOs

While we mainly focus our activities in Asia, many MNCs are headquartered in Europe/UK or North America. We work with their leaders in Asia, often liaising with their HQs. We also support Asian leaders in their global and regional activities.

Asian Organisations

With the high growth and development in Asia, many larger companies have either family business roots or are state-owned enterprises (SOEs), thus inheriting various cultural and leadership values, styles and/or nuances. Many government-related organisations are in transition often separating policy/regulatory activities from commercial, changing due to growth and/or managing the complexities of stakeholder engagement.

SMEs & Startups

The vitality and sustainability of Asian-based SMEs is critical to the ever-changing and developing landscape of Asia and its people. The growth and survival stories for these SMEs is not without significant challenge for many reasons. Despite opportunities, there is high risk as marketplaces are affected by regulatory changes, economic climate and the growth of infrastructure. Encouraging and supporting the emerging start-up sector is also important. Working with leaders in these sectors demands supporting them and their businesses as they work without the support often found within MNCs and Government-related organisations.
